We know people don’t always relish visiting the dentist. When you meet us for the first time we’ll do everything we can to change all that.

The first thing you’ll notice when you arrive is that our Practice is set in a Chalet Bungalow in a popular residential area offering plenty of parking.  The house has been converted to provide the latest in comfort and technology in a relaxed, friendly and homely environment.

At every stage of our relationship, we listen. In the beginning we’ll need some of your medical background, and we’ll also want to understand your health aspirations and concerns. During that first appointment we’ll you give you our observations and advise you on best oral hygiene practises. We may even tell you a joke or two – but only while your mouth is empty! After your consultation, if treatment is required, we’ll take you through all of the options so that you only benefit from treatment that is right for you and, more importantly, treatment that you want.

Like all successful relationships – two-way communication is the key. But we don’t just do it whilst you are with us!  Every morning as a team, we huddle to discuss yesterday’s, today’s, and tomorrow’s cases – this keeps us ‘ahead of the game’ and helps us continually to improve our service to you.
